Terms and Conditions for Reverie
By booking your place at the Reverie Retreat you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Bookings and Payments
A full payment via our booking provider (Stripe) is required to secure your place. There are several payment options available to suit your needs. All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the retreat is canceled by the organisers. Your place is not confirmed until the full payment is received.
Cancellations and Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the retreat is cancelled by the organisers. In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organisers, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. Tickets are transferable if you are no longer able to attend, the person taking your ticket must be a member of the community.
Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat. You must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we will provide a safe and supportive environment, participation in activities is voluntary, and you are responsible for assessing your ability to take part.The organisers are not liable for any injuries or health issues that arise during the retreat
Travel and Accommodation
Participants are responsible for their own transport. Coach pick-up and drop-off options are available but will only be operating during specific times, participants will need to ensure they are at the station ready for this. If participants miss the drop-off or pick-up coaches, they will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to the retreat and back. If you plan to rent sleeping arrangements from our venue partner (Green & Away), details on how to do this will be shared at a later date. The participant is responsible for arranging this with the venue partner.
Conduct
This retreat is a safe and inclusive space for queer women and non-binary people of colour. All participants are expected to respect the identities, boundaries, and well-being of others. Please read our full conduct policy for expected behaviours on the trip. Any violations of this will result in an eviction from the retreat, a ban from future events and without a refund.
Privacy and Media
To maintain privacy, participants are asked not to share images or personal details of others without explicit consent. Any media captured by the organisers during the retreat (e.g., photos or videos) may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform the organisers in advance.
Liability
The organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the retreat. Participation in the retreat and its activities is at your own risk.
Changes to the Program
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, activities, or facilitators if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
